Returns & Exchanges

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Shipping fees unfortunately will not be refunded (if any)

Please contact us and report any problems with your order. Write up the problem in as much detail as you can. We will get in touch to help as soon as possible. Please note it may take up to 24 hours for us to respond back.

Eastern Souls Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in ESHK's sole discretion.


Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address - If you have provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned due to size issues - Please return the item to us and we'll ship you a new item in the correct size. There may be shipping fees associated with the new shipment depending on when you require the item. In this case we will offer you several shipping methods to choose from.
